Publication of files conforming to the bibliolist template

A biblioList file is rendered as a single HTML page.

listBibls become HTML divs

The listBibl heads become HTML headings. Nested listBibl heads get headings one level smaller than their parent.

The paragraphs (p) become HTML paragraphs.

The bibls become blocks headed by the label (bolded) or otherwise emphasized). The blocks can be addressed using the bibls' xml:id attributes. After a linebreak follows the rest of the bibl content.

References to other locations in the bibliograhy are realized as HTML hyperlinks.
