Single-page

The personography is published on a single HTML page.

The page may have a header and footer panel with general edition content.

The heading of the page will be 'Persons'.

The content of the page will be a set of cards, one card per person.

It should be possible to sort the cards by name or by birthdate (=when attribute of birth element). It should be possible to filter the cards by text occurring in the cards.

Each card will have as content:

• the name of the person (persName element with full="abb"), in bold
• on the same line, right aligned, one or two icons:
  • a loupe, with hyperlinked functionality for searching the edition for occurrences of that person
  • if the person has a corresp attribute, a link to the information at that URL
• on the second line, year of birth (=when attribute of birth element) followed by dash, followed by year of death (=when attribute of death element)
• on the same line, right-aligned, the content of the nationality element
• a white line
• the content of the note with type attribute equal to shortdesc

Service functionality

On other edition pages biolist functionality is available in two forms: as a popup and as a side panel block.

As popup

The card as described in the single-page publication is also available for use as a as a popup on references to persons in the edition

As side panel block

When used in side panels, references to persons have this form:

• the name of the person (persName element with full="abb")
• on the same line the dates of birth, as on the card above, right aligned
• a white line
• the content of the note with type attribute equal to shortdesc
